 I found out Earth Inter Systems at job site. What attracted my attention most is transparency of each person's business performance. Of course, it can be taken as severe meaning, but I was inspired and decided to enter this company.

Company which welcomes inexperienced person's challenge
AKIOMI KURIMOTO
 I was inexperienced in this industry, but I resolved to become a system engineer at age of 27 under my younger sister's influence. Usually, it is difficult for inexperienced person of this age to get employed. But Earth Inter Systems hired me for the reason that "I have a potential". Now I'm in charge of one project and enjoying the challenging job as a leader.

 What I figured after entering this company is that system is created by cooperation of various people. Even if each program has no problem, when linked together, unexpected malfunctions often happen.
I thought it is necessary for development to communicate with those around, image the completed product and tackle the work with broader perspective.
