Ueno Masaru, born in March 18, 1953

1996, At age of 43, with 11 colleague, Masaru Ueno became independent to solve the inconsistency (seniority-based management, closed attitude toward disclosure of management information, restriction of work hours which doesn't suit intellectual industry) which he felt in his salaried worker days.

October	1996	Established our Company, and assumed the post of CEO(Current)
July	1999	Assumed the post of visiting academic of Nara Institute of Science and Technology
April	2001	Assumed the post of visiting academic of Nara Institute of Science and Technology
October	2004	Assumed the post of part-time teacher at Kinki university
